Already established is that Israel was REQUIRED to circumcise in compliance with THEIR "everlasting covenant." Also confirmed is that the Gentiles in the Body of Christ are NOT required to circumcise. sometimes the Bible makes direct statements to this effect. And it supplements those with a wealth of collateral material indicating for example, that Israel will perpetuate forever, (and thus, so will her defining covenant), and that Israel MUST obey the law (and thus its command to circumcise:)
Circumcision REQUIRED for Israel This is my covenant which you (Israel) shall
keep...every male child among you shall be
circumcised. Gen. 17:10; 17:1-26;21:4
Compare with OUR instructions: Circumcision NOT required.Indeed, I Paul, say to you (the body of Christ) that if you
become circumcised, Christ will profit you nothing.
Gal. 5:2
And people think Peter taught the same thing as Paul?
