If this doctrine is found in Peter and the 12's teachings (exact words "dispensation of the Grace of God" please) then please show us where?

Peter taught the law of Moses...he was a minister of the CIRCUMCISION which means to the Jew ALONE. He NEVER taught the dispensation of the GRACE of God, as God raised up a NEW apostle to do that....His name was Paul. This is when Christianity began.
