PETER'S ministry was in accordance with prophecy

Acts 2:16; 3:24 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; 24 Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.


PAUL'S ministry concerned a mystery hid in God from the foundation of the world

Romans 16:25-26 Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began, 26 But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:

CHRISTINE,  I have noticed the there are some "Gracer's" who see that BOTH Peter & Paul wrote of GRACE.....both wrote of it differently. PETER spoke of Prophetic Grace. Paul spoke of Grace within the Mystery. Robt C Brock, for example.

 The concept of Grace was not foreign to Peter and the boys, but the dispensation of it sure was!

THAT was given to Paul alone. Wink
