Any Bible Believer will answer NO to that question. The simple answer is that God has told us in His Word that He created this world. He also created man.

Evolution is called a THEORY for a reason. It has never been proven.

Thanks for asking tho.   Grin

Mankind’s original question, (“Where did we come from?”)  probably began as an idle curiosity, but has now become man’s ultimate dilemma.  Is he in control of his own destiny or is his well-being in the hands of God?  Does he worship the Creator or the creation?  Do we act in our own best interest to conserve our earth's life-sustaining resources?  Accepting where we came from is undoubtedly the most important decision we will make.

Most of the teachers I had in school claimed to be Christians, yet they either taught evolution in their classrooms or at the very least, they refused to speak out against it.  I remember thinking, “If I really believed in a supreme God and that I was going to be standing before Him someday, there is NO way that I would ever teach evolution to these children.”

When I asked them about this, the usual reply was that the school corporation required them to follow the curriculum that had been approved but that personally, they WERE Christians.  This was one of the biggest contradictions I had encountered.  Obviously their salaries were of greater importance to them than the souls of the children they taught.  I was very disappointed in their lack of integrity, both in their profession and as ambassadors for Christ.  We can either stand with Him or we can stand with the world.  The responsibility of upholding truth rests mightily upon the shoulders of anyone in a teaching position.
