Hello, I'm snaggle. I grew up in a Methodist Church, got saved from a tract someone left in a waiting room at a doctor's office, then started attending baptist churches. I have become unhappy with the wasteful spending of the Ind. Missionary Baptist Church my family and I were attending, so we left and God has led us to start a house church. I have been watching Les Feldick for a couple of years and that is how I learned of right dividing. I felt like the church I was attending was putting the word in a blender as Les says and pulling out what they wanted.

We are so glad you joined us, snaggle. I have met so many folks who have come to right division thru Les Feldicks ministry...and we are so glad that you finally saw the truth. When you get a chance, tell us more about yourself, are you single, married, children, what line of work? Are you a student? We would love to get to know you better. We were glad to see you at the Bible Study on Paltalk tonite too...and hope you will continue to fellowship with us there as well.
Please feel free to jump in here anywhere and tell us what you think.

Howdy Snaggle, and welcome! My wife and I came to understand right dividing through Les, too.
Seems like more and more churches are blenderizing the Bible. No wonder the church's messages today are filled with gobbledigook...another Les word. LOL!

God has led us to start a house church.
Awesome! That's quite a bold move!
When you've got time, share with us how that is going.
Is there a Grace congregation near you?
Look forward to hearing more about you.
Have a great day!

I am married and work as a hospital social worker. We have one child. A couple of friends who used to attend church with us were lamenting that they could not find a good church to attend. Everywhere they visited looked good initially, but then they would see the same ol' issues come up. It appears the old saying about power corrupting is true, and the more power a pastor has... Anyway they went to visit a cousin in Georgia. On the way there they listened to a guy talking and teaching about house church. Their cousin on Sunday wanted to visit a house church and asked them to go. When they got to the house church the same guy they had been listening to was there. My grandfather is second gen in a house church at least, my great grandmother attended the same one he does, so it does not seem to strange to me. We were not happy in the church we were attending as it seemed more and more to be about the man and besides that, when you start right dividing it is hard to keep listening to the same stuff...

Ditto, Lu. I spend a lot of time in a semi, truckin' down the road. I spent a good portion of time listening to preachers and Bible teachers on different stations. but now?... Why?...Right dividing changes the way we look at the very foundation of Scripture.
Thank you internet! We can read, participate, download, listen to, etc...with other right dividers.

Snaggle, how do you prepare for preaching each Sunday? Do you come up with your own lesson plan, do you use a "Through The Bible with Les Feldick" approach and do expository preaching, or.....? Just curious.

We take turns teaching and it is expository style. Their are a lot of house churches in Georgia and ours is based on what they do. Here is a website that will give you an idea of what it is like.

Hi Snaggle,
From what I can gather from this website, you teach what the twelve apostles taught, which would have been the law of Moses and the Kingdom gospel. Are you aware that God is no longer operating in this program today, but has appointed a NEW apostle who is NOT one of the twelve, who has given us the information we need for this present dispensation of GRACE?
We are not part of the Kingdom church, but of the church which is the body of Christ. These are two separate programs and our authority today is Pauline. Christ RISEN has given new instructions to the church which is His Body, and they came thru Paul.
Are you aware of this?

Hi Christine,
I understand what you are saying. I gave the link to the website to give an idea of how the house church works, the format of it. God has showed us that church does not mean the brick and mortar building that people meet in, but it is made up of the body of Christ as you rightly stated. I believe in right dividing and understand that we are not part of the gospel of the Kingdom, but that we are now operating under the dispensation of the gospel of grace as revealed to the apostle Paul.
It has taken a while for me to get to this present understanding. As I stated previously I attended a baptist church for years which was definitely not a right dividing church. God began to open my eyes through the teaching of Les Feldick, and then not too long ago I ran across you somehow. You sent me the materials in the mail and I gradually began to listen to the Paltalk messages on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. While this was going on some friends left that church and began looking for another church. They became discouraged because every where they went they saw the same problems...a church being run by a pastor in an authoritarian style that disempowers the members. My observation of this is that the pastors come to the church and gradually get more power, and as that happens the power begins to corrupt them and the whole church suffers. Maybe this doesn't happen everywhere, but it seems to happen around here. Anyway God showed my friends during a trip to Georgia during which God led them to a house church that church does not have to in a building. I believe this is right as much as I believe right dividing is the correct way to approach the scriptures. I hope this clears up a little bit what I believe and you see that we can use the format of the house church but also be right dividers!

Whew....I'm really glad you cleared that up for me, cuz I was starting to be concerned....LOL
I went back to your other posts and saw that you had been listening to Les Feldick, so then I assumed you were talking about the general outline for home based church, versus the big mega churches we see today.
I agree that home churches seem to work much better. The role of "pastor", at least here in the south, is relegated almost akin to that of God Himself, and I find it to be a tad hard to swallow. Every other guy on the street here is a "preacher"...it doesn't seem to matter if he has a message or not, but "God called him to preach." No studying necessary, no doctrinal balance...just stand up and yell whatever comes to mind and that makes someone a "preacher." I just stand and shake my head....I have even had right division teachers come and teach Bible studies to show them what the SCRIPTURES say and they will always revert BACK to "well, this is what my grandpappy believed," or some other such "tradition of MEN." I'm surprised that they cannot see things for what they ARE...but I suspect that most of it comes from the revenue they generate by teaching that which is accepted by the majority...whether it happens to be true or NOT. If you taught something different, the revenue would drop dramatically...and thus you see what keeps the wheels of "good ole fashioned religion" going.
I don't think God cares WHERE we meet, a home or a church building....but I tend to think that the organized church buildings are not the safest places for people to be nowadays. You have to knuckle under to the majority rules and there is little to NO study going on...and it tends to foster the "holier than thou" attitude and the false sense of security that comes from being a member of a group that believes the same thing, regardless of its truth, or merit or value.
We ARE A BODY, no matter where we meet. We certainly dont NEED a building with a "denominational affiliation" attached to it in order to BELONG where God intends us to BE.
I'm just thrilled that you and your friends can meet and edify one another and motivate one another to love and good works. Right Division gives one the freedom to be all that you can be for Him....aint it awesome?
?? Yeeee haw

Amen to both!
We haven't been in a Church building for almost three years. Our fellowship has been online, and I guess will continue to be until we either move closer to a Grace Church or one starts up that is nearer to us.
