 The video concludes with;  “The mystery is that Christ lives in you..."   

Col 1:27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

Well, kinda.  But a lot of other things were left out.  Most preachers are quick to point out that the mystery was simply "that Gentiles would be included in the Heavenly Kingdom."  Others say that it is only "Christ lives in you." 

How would you to explain the mystery (what it is and what it consists of)?
