How does God see us positionally?

Positionally, we are already seated with Him in Heavenly places. Why? Because we are IN CHRIST. But since we are still in these bodies, obviously we are not there now, but we most certainly WILL be. "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord"...

What do you do with these scriptures?

1 Thessalonians 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

We wait for the Lord to take us UP. We will rule in the heavenly places that the angelic rulers vacated when they rebelled against God to be with Satan. We will rule over angels.

There is a governmental structure that God put into place both in Heaven, and on the earth.

Colossians 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

Satan has usurped Gods rightful rule in both of these realms. In Heaven AND on the Earth. Israel is God plan to restore that rightful rule to the earth. WE, the NEW CREATION, is Gods revealed plan to restore His rightful rule and reign in HEAVEN. Your entire Bible is the story of THAT two fold plan that God has for His Creation.

We are promised a heavenly home, and Israel is promised an earthly Kingdom. Both under ONE Lord, and God bringing together all things unto Himself IN CHRIST.

Ephesians 1:10 That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:

Do you see the two realms? Gen 1:1 begins with these two realms of governmental rule over which God said He was the POSSESSOR. Genesis 14:19 And he blessed him, and said, Blessed be Abram of the most high God, possessor of heaven and earth:

Do a word study on the phrase heaven and earth...God makes it clear that both realms were corrupted and that He will RE ESTABLISH His reign and rule in both realms.

There are many who do not see heaven as our final destination. Israel was never promised heaven, but a LITERAL Earthly KINGDOM. Heaven isn't even mentioned as a final destination until the NEW CREATION is revealed to Paul by Christ Risen. ALL the rest of the Bible is talking about an Earthly Kingdom set up for the Nation Israel to rule. Romans thru Philemon is the ONLY place in Scripture where any heavenly destination is discussed.

Israel was promised a Kingdom of heaven ON the earth. Ruled by 12 apostles, on 12 thrones over the 12 tribes of Israel.

You got all the scriptures right. Now ascribe them to "the preaching of Jesus Christ ACCORDING to the REVELATION Of the MYSTERY which was KEPT SECRET since the world began..." and you will see Gods plan and purpose for US to rule and reign with Him in the heavens. Israels place will be on the earth. You won't be here. You will be taken UP to be with your Lord. Jesus comes back DOWN to earth to settle His account with Israel.

Paul says :
